For sale is a used K+G Wetter AW U 200 automatic grinder equipped with a powerful 200 mm cutting system and a large 360-litre product hopper.

The AW U 200 is a high-performance industrial grinder designed for the continuous processing of larger quantities of meat. It is particularly suitable for production environments requiring high throughput, reliable product feeding and clean, consistent grinding results.

The separately driven feed and working worms provide a continuous product flow towards the cutting system. Different worm speeds allow the grinding process to be adapted to the respective product while supporting consistent feeding and gentle product handling.

With its 200 mm Unger cutting system, the AW U 200 offers a grinding capacity of up to approximately 200 kg/min or 12,000 kg/h, depending on product and configuration. The 360-litre hopper provides ample capacity for continuous production. Versions of the machine are also available for processing pre-cut frozen meat.

Its robust stainless-steel construction and easily accessible product-contact areas facilitate daily cleaning and maintenance, making the AW U 200 particularly suitable for medium and large professional meat-processing operations.
