The ESK 150 STL is a compact and versatile vacuum cooling tumbler designed for professional meat, poultry and fish processing. It is suitable for mixing, massaging, marinating and tumbling a wide range of products and provides consistent and reproducible batch processing.

With a bowl volume of 150 litres, the ESK 150 STL is designed for batch sizes of approximately 10 to 110 kg, making it suitable for both smaller production quantities and flexible batch production.

The integrated direct cooling system, featuring a heat exchanger in the double-jacketed stainless-steel bowl, helps maintain controlled product temperatures throughout the process. Combined with the high-performance vacuum system, tumbling and marinating processes can be adapted precisely to different products and recipes.

Operation is conveniently controlled via a touchscreen interface. Up to 99 recipes can be stored with individually adjustable process parameters including working and pause times, rotation speed, temperature, vacuum level and aeration intervals.

The electrically tilting bowl allows convenient and controlled product discharge. The stainless-steel construction and mobile design also provide easy cleaning and flexible positioning within the production area.
