The K 90 AC-8 is a powerful and versatile production cutter designed for professional meat and food processing. With a 90-litre bowl capacity, the machine is ideally suited for cutting, mixing and emulsifying and can be used for cooked sausage, raw sausage, meat, fish and a wide range of other food products.

The AC-8 version features a frequency-controlled drive with six variable programmable knife speeds as well as two reverse mixing speeds. The knife shaft reaches speeds of more than 5,000 rpm, allowing the cutting process to be adapted precisely to different recipes, product structures and desired levels of fineness.

The COMMAND 1000 control system provides a clear display of important process parameters including knife speed, operating time, product temperature and bowl speed. Automatic shut-off functions for temperature and operating time support consistent and reproducible production results.

The flow-optimised cutting chamber and six-knife cutting head provide intensive and uniform product processing. Its solid stainless-steel construction with smooth, accessible surfaces is designed for reliable daily production and straightforward cleaning.
