For sale is a used Poly-clip FCA 3430-18 fully automatic double clipper, year of manufacture 2009.

The FCA 3430-18 is a high-performance clipping machine designed for the automatic production of a wide range of sausage and portioned products. The machine combines product displacement, double clipping and cutting in one continuous production process and achieves capacities of up to approximately 150 cycles per minute, depending on the product.

With its wide calibre range, the FCA 3430-18 offers excellent flexibility. It can process fibrous and collagen casings from approximately 24 to 90 mm as well as plastic casings up to approximately 120 mm, making it suitable for both smaller sausage calibres and larger straight or portioned products.

The special spreading displacement system provides clean sausage ends with minimal product residue in the clipping area and supports consistent clip closure. Clip pressure can be adjusted reproducibly, while the conveyor speed can be continuously adapted to the respective product.

Operation is conveniently managed via the EASY TOUCH control system. Together with the electrically driven twin-belt conveyor, the FCA 3430-18 provides smooth product transport and an efficient production process. Its robust stainless-steel construction and smooth machine surfaces also facilitate daily cleaning.
