For sale is a used Poly-clip PDC-A 600 automatic double clipper, designed for the professional production and packaging of a wide range of sausage products.

The PDC-A 600 operates fully automatically and handles product separation, double clipping and automatic cutting of the individual portions. It is therefore ideally suited for continuous production of single portions, sausage chains, straight products as well as half and full rings.

With its wide application range, the PDC-A 600 processes fibrous casings up to approximately 65 mm and plastic casings up to approximately 90 mm, providing excellent flexibility for different products, calibres and production requirements.

The clipper is mechanically and electrically connected to the vacuum filler. In our pictures, the PDC-A 600 is shown in combination with a VEMAG Robby 2. However, the clipper is not limited to this particular filler and can also be connected to various other vacuum filling machines. The appropriate mechanical and electrical connection parts for the respective filler are required.

During production, the filled casing is automatically gathered at the closing point, the product is displaced from the clipping area and the casing is securely closed with two clips. A pneumatic knife allows individual portions or sausage chains to be separated automatically.

The compact stainless-steel construction, large swivelling range of the clipping head and easily accessible machine areas allow quick casing and product changes as well as straightforward cleaning during daily production.
