The PDC 600 is a versatile clipping machine designed for the professional production of sausages and other filled products. The machine reliably closes filled casings using a double-clip system and is suitable for producing individual portions, sausage chains, straight sausages as well as half and full rings.

The machine can process natural, collagen and fibrous casings up to approximately 60 mm and plastic casings up to approximately 90 mm.

This makes the PDC 600 a flexible solution for a wide range of products and production requirements.

During operation, the filled casing is gathered at the closing point and securely closed with two clips.

The integrated knife automatically separates the required portion.

Clip pressure and other settings can be adjusted to suit the product and casing, helping to achieve a clean and consistent closure.
