For sale is a used VEMAG Sausage Linker / Lucky Linker vacuum filler equipped with an integrated linking system for sausage production.

The VEMAG Lucky Linker is a compact and versatile solution for filling, portioning and linking sausage products. It is particularly suitable for processors handling different products, small to medium production batches and frequent product changes.

The proven VEMAG double-screw feeding system transports the product gently and consistently towards the outlet. This supports accurate portioning and allows even products with larger inclusions or coarser structures to be processed reliably. Depending on the product, filling capacities of up to approximately 2,000 kg/h are possible.

Thanks to the integrated linking system, the machine can be used for a wide variety of sausage products in natural, collagen and artificial casings. From fresh sausages and bratwurst to smaller sausage formats, the machine offers flexible use for different recipes and calibres.

Operation is conveniently managed via a touch panel, allowing the relevant production parameters to be adjusted easily. Its compact design and easily accessible product-contact areas also support quick product changes and straightforward cleaning.
