For sale is a used forming and portioning line for the production of burgers, meatballs, patties and various other formed products, consisting of a Handtmann VF 608 vacuum filler combined with a VERBUFA MBF-1 forming machine, year of manufacture 2015.

The Handtmann VF 608 provides continuous and accurate product feeding and portioning. With a filling capacity of up to approximately 2,000 kg/h, the vacuum filler is suitable for a wide range of products and provides a consistent product supply to the downstream forming machine.

The VERBUFA MBF-1 was designed for direct connection to Handtmann vacuum filling machines. It can be used to produce a wide variety of formed products, including burgers, meatballs, croquettes and other shaped products. The combination of accurate portioning and forming enables consistent product weights and reproducible shapes.

The MBF-1 features a servo-driven cutting unit, continuously adjustable conveyor belt and adjustable flattening/forming conveyor. Operation is via a touch panel. Depending on the product and format, the machine is designed for capacities of up to approximately 150 cycles per minute.

The compact line configuration is particularly suitable for meat and convenience-food processors requiring flexible production of different formed products with consistent results.
