For sale is a used MADO GARANT MSK 760 H II bowl cutter with a 35-litre bowl capacity.

The MSK 760 H II is a compact and powerful floor-standing cutter designed for professional meat and food processing. Its 35-litre bowl makes the machine particularly suitable for small to medium production batches and for processors handling a variety of different products. Typical applications include sausage meat, pâtés and delicatessen products, as well as processing meat, herbs and vegetables.

The machine features two knife shaft speeds of approximately 1,750 and 3,500 rpm as well as two bowl speeds, allowing the cutting process to be adapted to different products and the required degree of comminution. The 4-knife cutting head is removable for convenient knife changes and cleaning.

The machine body, functional components and bowl are manufactured from stainless steel. The fully enclosed housing provides a robust, hygienic and easy-to-clean design. A motor brake and analogue thermometer for monitoring product temperature are also included.
