The MultiMix is a versatile cooking kettle for professional food production, combining cooking, heating and mixing in one process. With its large kettle capacity, the machine is particularly suitable for batch production of products such as soups, sauces, stews, fillings, meat products and other liquid to viscous food products.

The integrated mixing system keeps the product moving throughout the cooking and mixing process. Its close-to-surface mixing action allows thicker products to be processed reliably while helping to reduce product build-up on the kettle surface. The MultiMix 300 is designed as a tilting kettle with an integrated mixing system.

Heating is provided by an external steam generator or existing steam supply. The jacketed kettle provides even heat transfer to the product. According to the machine's type plate, this unit has a 300-litre net capacity and 334-litre gross capacity.
