For sale is a used K+G Wetter MAW G 160 mixer automatic grinder, , equipped with a column loader for 200-litre standard trolleys.

The MAW G 160 combines mixing and grinding in one machine, making it particularly suitable for processors handling larger quantities of product without additional transfer steps. The product is first mixed homogeneously inside the large hopper and then fed directly into the grinding process.

The mixing hopper has a capacity of approximately 530 litres and provides a mixing capacity of around 350 kg. During mixing, the mixing shaft and feed worm work together to keep the product moving evenly inside the hopper. Once mixing is completed, the product is continuously transferred via the working worm to the cutting system.

With its 160 mm Unger cutting system, the MAW G 160 offers a grinding capacity of up to approximately 134 kg/min or around 8,000 kg/h. The working worm, feeder worm and mixing shaft each feature two operating speeds, allowing the machine to be adapted flexibly to different products and production requirements.

The integrated column loading system allows convenient loading directly from 200-litre standard meat trolleys, reducing manual handling and supporting an efficient production process, especially for larger batches.
