The AW G 160 is a powerful industrial grinder designed for the continuous processing of larger quantities of meat. With its 160 mm cutting system and a processing capacity of up to approximately 8,000 kg/h, the machine is particularly suitable for medium and large production facilities. K+G Wetter specifies a maximum grinding capacity of up to 134 kg/min for the G 160.

The separately driven feed and working worms provide a continuous and consistent product flow towards the cutting system. Both worms operate in the same conveying direction, allowing the product to be processed without unnecessary additional stress and supporting a clean, consistent grinding result.

With a hopper capacity of approximately 360 litres, the AW G 160 provides sufficient capacity for continuous production. The working worm operates at approximately 180 / 360 rpm, while the feed worm operates at approximately 10 / 20 rpm, allowing the machine to be adapted to different products and production requirements.
