For sale is a DMS DMK 80 V2 bowl cutter, factory refurbished in 2024, featuring an 80-litre bowl, continuously variable knife shaft speed and variable mixing mode.

The DMK 80 V2 is a robust and versatile production cutter designed for professional meat and food processing. With a usable capacity of approximately 64 kg for fine sausage meat, the machine is ideally suited for producing cooked sausage, raw sausage, processed meat products, delicatessen products and a wide range of finely or coarsely processed foods.

The knife shaft speed is continuously adjustable from approximately 1,000 to 3,600 rpm. The machine also features a continuously adjustable reverse mixing mode, allowing it to be used for both gentle mixing and intensive cutting. A separately driven bowl motor with two bowl speeds provides additional flexibility for different products and recipes.

The six-knife stainless-steel cutting head combined with the precision-made stainless-steel bowl provides consistent and efficient product processing. The powerful 23 kW knife shaft motor is designed for professional production environments.

The machine is manufactured entirely from stainless steel and features a double-walled, noise-reducing cutter lid as well as a transparent safety/noise cover. Large push buttons and rotary controls provide straightforward adjustment of the operating parameters.
