For sale is a used BAADER 604-530 separator, year of manufacture 2019, equipped with an infeed hopper, loading system and two perforated drums with 2 mm and 4 mm perforations.

The BAADER 604-530 is a high-performance separator designed for the gentle separation of soft and solid product components. A squeezing belt feeds the product against the rotating perforated drum. Soft components are pressed through the drum openings, while harder components such as sinew, cartilage and bone particles remain outside the drum.

The machine is particularly suitable for desinewing and refining meat, but can also be used for poultry, fish and various other food products. The BAADER separation process is designed for gentle product treatment while maintaining the structure and quality of the recovered product.

A major advantage of this particular machine is the inclusion of two different perforated drums. The machine is supplied with both a 2 mm drum and a 4 mm drum, allowing the separator to be adapted flexibly to different raw materials, desired product structures and production requirements.

The integrated infeed hopper together with the loading system provides convenient and efficient feeding of the machine while reducing manual handling during production.
