The HP10L is a powerful and versatile vacuum filler developed particularly for high filling capacities and fast portioning and linking applications. It is ideally suited for the production of cooked sausage, raw sausage, fresh sausage and a wide range of other portioned products.

The proven VEMAG feeding system provides consistent and gentle product feeding. Combined with the vacuum system, it helps reduce air inclusions while supporting a homogeneous product structure and high portioning accuracy.

With a filling capacity of up to approximately 5,700 kg/h and a portioning speed of up to approximately 820 portions per minute, the HP10L is suitable for demanding production requirements. The portion weight can be adjusted continuously, providing excellent flexibility for different products and portion sizes.

The large 250-litre hopper supports continuous production. Important production parameters can be conveniently adjusted through the machine control system for consistent and reproducible operation.

Thanks to VEMAG's modular system, the HP10L can be combined with a wide range of attachments, including linking units, casing holding devices, length portioning equipment, clipping machines and forming or portioning systems.
