For sale is a used MADO GARANT MSK 761 SL bowl cutter, year of manufacture 2006, with a 35-litre bowl capacity.

The MSK 761 SL is a compact and powerful production cutter designed for butcher shops, meat-processing companies, commercial kitchens and professional food-processing applications. It is ideally suited for cutting, chopping and mixing meat and sausage products as well as a wide range of other foods.

A major advantage of the SL version is the continuously adjustable knife shaft speed from approximately 500 to 4,000 rpm, allowing the cutting process to be adapted precisely to different products and desired levels of fineness.

The machine also features continuously adjustable forward and reverse mixing from approximately 50 to 500 rpm. This allows products to be mixed gently and uniformly at reduced knife shaft speeds.

The bowl operates at two speeds of approximately 9 and 18 rpm. Combined with the six-knife cutting head, this provides excellent flexibility for products ranging from coarse mixtures to finely cut sausage emulsions.

This machine belongs to the earlier MSK 761 SL generation and features conventional machine controls without a touchscreen.
