For sale is a used Seydelmann K 120 AC-8 high-performance bowl cutter, year of manufacture 2021, with a 120-litre bowl capacity and product unloader.

The K 120 AC-8 is a powerful production cutter designed for professional meat and food processing. It is ideally suited for cutting, chopping, mixing and emulsifying and can be used for cooked sausage, raw sausage, pâtés and a wide range of other meat and food products.

The AC-8 version features a frequency-controlled knife shaft drive with six variably pre-selectable knife speeds as well as two reverse mixing speeds, providing excellent flexibility from gentle mixing through to intensive fine cutting.

The machine also features two bowl speeds. With knife shaft speeds of up to approximately 5,250 rpm and cutting speeds of up to approximately 130 m/s, the cutter is also suitable for producing very fine and homogeneous product masses.

The integrated product unloader allows the finished batch to be discharged quickly and conveniently, reducing manual handling between batches and supporting an efficient production process.

Its robust construction with stainless-steel bowl, transparent noise-reduction cover and easily accessible cutting chamber is designed for demanding professional production environments.
